Job Summary
Front Desk Supervisor for ChenMed centers who leads a team of Care Facilitators and front desk staff, directing scheduling, staff development, and operations to ensure quality patient care and a positive VIP experience from center entry to exit. Responsibilities include setting performance goals, onboarding, coaching, adherence to center playbooks, scheduling optimization, patient flow efficiency, and timely follow-up with Care Teams. Requires strong leadership, organizational skills, knowledge of EMR systems and OSHA/quality standards, and the ability to travel locally as needed. Must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of medical facility experience; BLS for Healthcare Providers is preferred. Salary range: $20.20–$28.83 hourly (annualized to $42,016–$59,966) with potential bonuses/commissions and benefits; location: Lakeland South, WA, USA; on-site role with no remote work option stated.
Required Qualifications
