Job Summary
Lead the Guest Service team at The Admiral Hotel as Front Desk Supervisor. Oversee daily front desk operations, manage Guest Service Representatives and Night Auditors, assist in scheduling and monthly trainings, review arrivals for special requests, manage room inventory, and act as a local expert on Mobile’s amenities. Maintain PCI and GDI compliance, manage supply levels, and serve as Manager on Duty when needed. Requires 2+ years of guest service leadership; proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Drive; experience with Opera, Micros, and/or SafLok is a plus. Must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays; comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Guest Service leadership in a full-service, luxury, or boutique hotel environment
