Job Summary
Front Desk Supervisor at 21c Museum Hotels leads front desk and valet operations, handles guest issues, guides check-in/check-out procedures, ensures accurate cash handling and hotel accounting, communicates with Housekeeping and Engineering, and supports revenue generation through upselling and service excellence. The role requires supervising front desk agents and valets, greeting guests, managing reservations, answering inquiries, operating PBX, and maintaining guest records with timely, courteous service. Requires prior public-facing experience, strong English communication, ability to multitask, high organization, and a professional, customer-service driven demeanor. This position is based in Louisville, KY and is in-person full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Past experience dealing directly with the public
