Job Summary
Front Desk Supervisor at a dermatology practice responsible for training new hires, managing check-in/check-out, chart prep, and balancing/collecting copayments, patient balances, coinsurance, and deductibles; ensures patient greeting and excellent service, handles patient complaints, confirms appointment reminders, plans schedules a week in advance, supports coverage and training, assists with inventory and supplies, supports Practice Manager on projects, tracks front-office metrics (no-shows, recalls, cancellations) and reactivations, and coordinates communication between Practice Manager, providers, and back-office staff.
