Job Summary
Front Desk Specialist responsible for first-point-of-contact duties in a medical-office setting: greet visitors, answer inquiries via phone/email, schedule appointments, manage calendars, open/close the building, maintain a clean reception area, perform data entry and document management, coordinate mail/deliveries, enforce access control for security, provide information on services/policies, and collaborate with departments to support daily operations. Must communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, work with Microsoft Office and Adobe, operate a multi-line phone system, and handle client/public engagement with strong organizational and time-management skills. Safety-sensitive role with drug testing requirements per policy; on-site location in Tulsa, OK.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in medical office or healthcare with direct patient care/interaction
