Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service to members/guests; greet arrivals; answer phones; book appointments; sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades; follow filing procedures; promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy; maintain a professional appearance and work environment; stay positive and energetic; be a team player; handle multitasking; operate with Zenoti Spa Management System (training provided); present membership and gift card benefits and close sales; perform various other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Team player
- Knowledge of Zenoti Spa Management System (will train) and basic computer skills
- Confident to provide membership and gift card benefit presentations and sell both
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
