Job Summary
Front Desk Spa Associate at Hand and Stone in Irving, TX. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to members/guests, welcoming arrivals, answering phones, booking appointments, selling memberships, gift cards and upgrades, maintaining filing procedures, and promoting health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care. Maintain a professional and clean work environment with a positive, energetic attitude; build relationships; be a team player and handle various duties as assigned.
