Deliver an exceptional experience for every client by introducing them to the Elements Wellness Program and handling paperwork, check-ins, and payments quickly and accurately. Be the welcoming face of hospitality on the phone and in-studio, collaborating with Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Managers to create a seamless environment. Focus on guiding clients, building relationships, and ensuring accurate sales of memberships while maintaining a supportive atmosphere. Work flexible shifts across mornings, evenings, and weekends within a busy, family-owned studio network.
