Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional experience for every client by introducing them to the Elements Wellness Program and handling paperwork, check-ins, and payments quickly. Serve as the welcoming face of hospitality on the phone and in-studio while collaborating with Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Managers to maintain a seamless environment. Earn hourly pay between $16 and $18 plus commissions of $5â$20 per membership sale, with bonus opportunities tied to studio growth and team milestones. Full-time team members (32+ hours/week) also receive medical and dental insurance, paid time off, and a complimentary monthly massage or facial. Work flexible shifts across mornings, evenings, and weekends within our 7-day-a-week schedule.
