Job Summary
Front Desk Sales/Wellness Representative at Restore Hyper Wellness in Chandler, AZ (Part Time). Greeting clients and assisting with wellness services; handling phone voicemails and booking/rescheduling/cancellation; onboarding new clients including medical waivers and POS profile creation; conducting tours and selling service packages/memberships; educating clients on services and at-home care; opening and closing procedures; maintaining a safe, clean environment; representing the brand and contributing to an engaging store culture.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail environment
- willingness to work weekends
- strong communication and collaboration skills
- pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or related field
