Job Summary
Front Desk Sales Associate for The Lash Lounge, focusing on maximizing membership and retail sales while delivering an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include increasing membership and retail sales, greeting visitors, booking appointments in person or by phone, contributing to group operations (inventory maintenance), and maintaining a clean, inviting environment. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced setting and work some weekends/evenings. Prior experience with MindBody Software is a plus. Compensation includes hourly pay plus sales commissions, opportunities for advancement, and employee discounts on lash extensions and salon services.
Required Qualifications
