Job Summary
The Experience Guide at The NOW Massage drives the guest experience and sells enhancements and memberships while maintaining the reception area and ensuring seamless daily boutique operations. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests with services and products, booking, editing, and canceling massage appointments, promoting memberships, customizing massage experiences, handling payments, opening/closing the boutique, resolving guest issues, keeping guest areas maintained, and collaborating with leadership to implement best practices and foster a positive, innovative work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Sales and service-related experience preferred
