Job Summary
Assist the Studio Manager with lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales for new memberships. Book and confirm intro classes, manage front desk check-ins, and conduct facility tours to target individual needs. Present available services to current and prospective members while maintaining a high level of personal sales production. Promote the club at special events and ensure the studio remains clean and tidy. Maintain acceptable sales targets and meet tight deadlines using ClubReady software.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail
- Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel
