Job Summary
Inform clients about the Elements Massage Wellness Program and enroll them using our proven sales process to build loyalty. Serve as the first and final face of hospitality on the phone and in the studio, ensuring appointment paperwork and payment are brief, painless, and accurate. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment while working as a team with managers and massage therapists. Prior retail sales experience is preferred, along with at least one year of customer service experience. Available for 20 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and closing shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least one year of sales or customer service experience
- Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week
- Must be available to work 4-5 shifts including evenings/closing shifts
- Must be available to work weekend shifts
- This is not a seasonal job
- Must be able to work in a non-smoking, drug-free work environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience preferred
- selling memberships, product or services in-person to potential clients
- Customer Service in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred
- catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems
- scheduling and payments are all processed with easy-to-learn computer programs
- Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client
- Associates degree or equivalent experience is desirable
