Job Summary
Conduct membership sales, sell packages and gift cards, and upgrade services like longer sessions or aromatherapy while greeting clients in the lobby. Match clients with therapists, answer phones to convert calls into appointments, and manage accurate scheduling and retail processes. Address emergency scheduling issues, client disputes, and facility checks to ensure massage rooms and restrooms remain clean and stocked. Maintain studio leadership during management absences. Must be available nights and weekends with a flexible schedule. Starting at $16 base plus unlimited bonus and commission.
Required Qualifications
- Customer Facing Sales and Customer Service Experience
- Must be available some nights and weekends
- Conversationalist / Quick Wit
- Able to work with a diverse group of people
- Understand / Believe in the Benefits of Massage
- Computer proficiency-Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions (written and verbal) is essential
- Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to remain confident and calm under stress
- Ability to think quickly / apply common sense for solutions
Desired Qualifications
