Job Summary
Studio Advisor provides customer service to studio members and guests, supports instructors, and drives revenue by developing relationships with potential, new, and existing members to increase enrollment and package purchases. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in members/guests, promoting specials and merchandise, following check-in procedures, handling inquiries via email/text/phone, maintaining a clean and orderly studio, and achieving personal sales revenue targets. Requires 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, MindBody software experience preferred, and strong communication/organizational skills; must be available to work weekends. This hourly role offers base pay plus commissions with unlimited earning potential.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
- 1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Competitive drive to succeed in commission-based environment
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Friendly, warm, welcoming personality
- Availability to work at least 2 weekend days per month
