Job Summary
Front Desk at Retro Fitness outlet responsible for greeting and checking in members, resolving member issues, membership sales and retention, following up with prospects, selling in-store merchandise (e.g., Retro Blends Smoothies, Pro Shop items), ensuring a safe and clean environment, and performing opening/closing tasks. The role requires a positive, team-oriented personality with strong communication, multitasking, and customer-service skills, and adherence to company policies. CPR/AED training is preferred, as is prior retail sales experience and Retro University coursework completion. Working hours may vary and include mornings, evenings, and weekends.
