Job Summary
Greet guests with a welcoming, positive demeanor and manage check-in/check-out duties, reservations, and room assignments while maintaining knowledge of property amenities and promotions. Input and retrieve guest information in computer systems, verify credit cards, handle payments and balance cash, code electronic keys, and manage bank transactions. Monitor room availability, assist VIPs and repeat guests, resolve guest issues and price concerns, and promote hotel and casino marketing programs. Respond to inquiries by phone and via mail for messages and packages, and maintain familiarity with PMS, CRS, CRM, and standard office software. Ensure accurate billing, process adjustments when needed, and support other team members to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and days, including weekends, holidays and special events/promotions
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively interface with guests and Team Members
- Must be able to learn and retain knowledge of computer systems and software (including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, PMS)
- Must be able to work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
