Job Summary
Member Services Representative (Part Time) at Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach. Provides administrative and front-desk support to facilitate efficient branch operations, delivering excellent customer service to members, parents, and community. Responsibilities include scanning attendance, data entry into MyClubHub, pulling reports, generating billing statements, maintaining electronic and hard-copy filing systems, handling inquiries, coordinating communications with parents and schools, and supporting staff meetings and events. Must be able to work Monday–Friday 2:00pm–6:00pm (summer 9:30am–6:00pm) and transport members in Club vehicle (must be at least 25 and have a clean driving record). Requires strong communication, organizational skills, confidentiality, and familiarity with office software; CPR/First Aid certifications required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications
- Valid state driver’s license and insurance
- Must be at least 25 years of age and have a clean driving record
