Job Summary
Front Desk Representative responsible for patient check-in and access to services in outpatient behavioral health clinics. Responsibilities include greets/registers patients; verifies insurance eligibility and collects copays; answers and screens calls; handles mail and inquiries; monitors visitor access and maintains security; books and adjusts appointments; monitors office supplies; and communicates program information. Requires strong customer service skills and familiarity with Excel, Word, and electronic health records. Schedule includes multiple shifts totaling 40 hours per week.
