Job Summary
Front Desk Representative responsible for greeting patients, performing registration tasks, verifying insurance and referrals, collecting co-payments, balancing the time-of-service batch, maintaining lobby cleanliness, and assisting patients with balances. Requires experience in a medical setting, familiarity with practice management systems (eCW preferred), ability to travel to multiple centers, and bilingual Spanish is a plus. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2+ years experience in medical practice or similar setting
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience desired
- Willing to travel to different centers
