Job Summary
Front Desk Representative at The Center for Pain. Responsibilities include greeting patients with empathy, scheduling and coordinating appointments to optimize patient flow, assisting with patient records and paperwork, collaborating with healthcare professionals on patient needs, handling insurance verification and billing inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality of patient information. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills (MS Office, electronic health records), and excellent organizational abilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus.
