Front Desk Representative

Greet guests upon arrival and process check-ins and check-outs in a timely manner. Relay information regarding hotel amenities and assist guests in locating their rooms. Manage room reservation requests by taking, cancelling, and changing bookings. Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure smooth operations. This role requires excellent customer service skills and is available for immediate start.
