Job Summary
Welcome students and parents to the pool deck, answer inquiries about accounts and progress, and manage the call center. Assist swim instructors during lessons, manage employee schedules and attendance, post media content, and check water chemistry before classes begin. Shifts run 4-5 hours on weeknights from 3-8 pm and weekends in the morning. This role supports British Swim School's mission to combat child drowning by ensuring every swimmer becomes safe and happy.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Have a responsible and professional demeanor.
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
