Job Summary
Greet and engage patients to deliver a friendly, professional first impression in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment. Present membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions and renewals, then process sales, upgrades, and payments accurately. Track and report sales activity, patient visits, and conversion metrics while managing patient flow to support clinic efficiency and assist the chiropractic team as needed. This role requires availability Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:30am to 7:00pm in Norman, OK with a base pay of $13.00 per hour. Join a movement to make wellness care more accessible across nearly 1,000 locations.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic environment
- Basic computer and payment processing skills
- Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented team player
- Availability Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:30am to 7:00pm in Norman, OK
