Job Summary
Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant responsible for creating a welcoming first impression and providing administrative support. Tasks include greeting visitors, directing guests, answering and routing calls, managing emails and scheduling, maintaining records, coordinating with teams, ensuring lobby and breakroom presentation, handling visitor logs and security documentation, monitoring monthly metrics, and supporting SLAs and company policies. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and multitasking abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role emphasizes professional demeanor, confidentiality, team collaboration, and adaptability to changing priorities.
Required Qualifications
