Job Summary
Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to greet visitors, manage sign-in and badges, coordinate meetings, handle mail and packages, order office supplies, support expense reporting and data/document management, and provide general site administrative support within a Petersburg manufacturing facility. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional appearance; reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a busy office environment. Standard Monday–Friday business hours; potential for permanent employment based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals

- Greet and assist all visitors, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue temporary badges in accordance with facility security protocols
- Order and put away office supplies
- Place food orders
- Maintain site organization charts
- Assist with expense reports
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms using Outlook calendar
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with data entry and document management as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the site operating team
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, scanners, fax machines)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
