Job Summary

Front Desk Reception Agent at Fairmont Austin responsible for greeting guests, checking in/out and settling accounts, assisting guests with hotel facilities, responding to guests at the Reception Desk, driving up-sell of room brands, and upholding service standards and safety policies. Required Qualifications

  • Previous customer-related experience preferred
