Job Summary
As a Front Desk Sales Associate for Planet Fitness, you'll provide exceptional customer service, assist members, and promote the welcoming environment of the club. Responsibilities include greeting members, handling inquiries, performing membership functions, and maintaining cleanliness of the facility. Prefer applicants with a background in customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment
- Must be 18 years of age
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift
