Front Desk Night Shift

Front Desk Resident Services Night Shift at Touchmark at the Ranch in Prescott, AZ. Delivers high-level customer service and hospitality by warmly welcoming and directing visitors and residents, serving as a go-to contact for questions, and providing overnight support across departments. Responsibilities include answering and monitoring phone calls, responding to resident concerns, conducting regular rounds to support well-being, and supporting other departments overnight. Schedule is full-time with hours from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Thursday through Saturday. Qualifications include a sincere commitment to memorable customer service, high school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service or hospitality experience, understanding of security procedures, CPR/First Aid certification, valid driver’s license, Arizona Food Handler certification, proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment, and the ability to maintain composure while interacting with residents, family members, staff, and visitors.
