Job Summary
Provide warm, professional service to guests checking in or out during overnight hours and serve as the primary point of contact for late-night inquiries. Run nightly audit reports, reconcile daily transactions across lodging and food & beverage outlets, and process credit card and cash transactions with accuracy. Communicate effectively with Security and other overnight departments, collaborate with Bell, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests, and maintain a safe front desk presence while standing for extended periods. Available for overnight shifts, typically 11:00pm – 7:00am.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude and strong desire to learn
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Available for overnight shifts, typically 11:00pm – 7:0am
- Ability to lift, push or pull at least 35 pounds
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
- Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
