Front Desk

Greet and direct members, guests, and staff at the front door, then personally check each member in using proper procedures and register all guests. Provide new guests with a tour of the gym and answer questions about current membership options while keeping the facility clean. This role requires no degree or prior experience, with a focus on dependability and the ability to be away from your phone for hours. Flexible scheduling fits school or personal commitments, and paid training covers customer service, fitness operations, and sales.
