Job Summary
Front Desk Representative at UFC Gym serves as the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering superior customer service, assisting with purchases, directing membership inquiries, processing signups for group fit or ultimate classes, handling sales of supplements and apparel, operating the POS, and maintaining a professional front desk presence. The role involves greeting members, answering and transferring calls, addressing questions, providing club event information, reporting safety concerns, and assisting with opening/closing procedures. Requires strong customer service skills, interpersonal abilities, multi-tasking, basic computer skills, and CPR/AED certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR and AED certification
- Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in health club, retail, hospitality or food service industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task and perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Adhere to meal and rest break periods and clock in/out for all shift times
