Job Summary
Front Desk Representative at UFC GYM in Mililani, HI. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, answering calls, checking in and enrolling members for classes, assisting sales teams, processing transactions via POS, maintaining a neat lobby, assisting with inventory/pricing, and contacting members regarding past-due accounts. Requires friendly, high-energy customer service, ability to multitask, basic computer skills, and CPR/AED certification for overnight staff. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or food service
- Current CPR/AED certification required for overnight staff
- Ability to stand for a full shift and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and experience handling multiple phone lines
