Job Summary
Greet visitors, assist them directly or announce arrivals, and ensure all clients sign in and out as required. Route mail and deliveries, answer telephone calls, and take messages for staff. Control front door access, handle or assist in crisis intervention, and follow assigned procedures in emergency situations. Conduct rounds at the residence as assigned. This role supports the Legacy Family Residence, a transitional shelter in Brooklyn helping residents develop essential life skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess good interpersonal skills
- basic computer knowledge
- Security License
- Fire Guard (F-02)
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
