Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have or be eligible to obtain a valid driver’s license
- Ability to learn EMR system within 90 days
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with EMR/billing systems
- Experience in administrative or customer service role (less than 1 year)
