Job Summary
Oversee daily front desk operations and supervise front office staff at Marriott Phoenix, Airport. Ensure a smooth, welcoming guest experience, manage guest requests and preferences, and uphold hotel standards of service. Lead, train, and motivate front office team; assist with recruitment; manage guest arrivals/departures, monitor room allocations, and optimize guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include upselling, room revenue, auditing procedures, and maintaining knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and policies to deliver personalized service from arrival to departure. Requires familiarity with front office systems and strong interpersonal skills to foster guest loyalty and resolve issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-service hotel Guest Service Supervisory and Night Audit experience
