Job Summary
Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow; train, supervise, and support front desk staff to maintain high standards of customer service; manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and billing processes; ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and administrative records; address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally; collaborate with medical staff to facilitate effective communication and coordination; maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment; implement and uphold office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- One to two years supervisory experience in customer service or healthcare settings
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability and team management skills
- Proficiency in computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality
- Prior healthcare experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Record systems highly preferred
- Experience with Office Practicum highly preferred
- Knowledge of billing and insurance processes highly preferred
