Front Desk Manager

Job Summary
Oversee front desk operations for overnight accommodation, coordinate front desk communications with guests and the reservations team, monitor guest satisfaction metrics, train front desk staff, assist in interviewing and hiring, develop and implement front desk policies, manage the front desk phone system with IT, resolve guest issues promptly, assist with billing and on-property payments, support campground operations via the property management system, schedule staff to meet operational needs, and contribute to continuous improvement of guest services and hospitality operations. Strong emphasis on customer service, communication, teamwork, problem solving, and ability to work with multiple departments to ensure accurate information and smooth lodging operations. Proficient use of software for front desk operations and a commitment to gracious hospitality is essential. Be punctual, maintain professional conduct, and uphold the organization’s guest-service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management
- minimum of 2–4 years hospitality experience
