Job Summary
Front Desk Lead role in Senior Living serving as the initial point of contact for residents, employees, vendors and visitors. Responsible for promoting exceptional customer focus, providing team oversight and training for new hires, and supporting ongoing quality of services. May support specialized billing for Care Center operations, assist with scheduling and other advanced administrative needs, serve as the primary Front Desk team member during normal business hours, route inquiries, maintain professional relationships, manage supplies and office logistics, coordinate meeting room activity and related information, perform record management, invoicing, and database management, and report safety hazards; contributes to overall administrative goals and quality of service.
