Job Summary
Greet and register guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and manage reservations while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Conduct thorough training for new Guest Services Agents and assist with higher-level concerns or complex projects involving guests and associates. Operate the telephone switchboard, process mail and messages, and answer inquiries regarding hotel facilities, restaurants, and transportation. Maintain proper operation of the Front Desk computer system, follow credit policies, and execute emergency procedures as required. Ensure logging and delivery of packages while adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- College course work in related field preferred
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Leadership experience
