Job Summary
Front Desk Lead at HTM coordinates front desk operations to deliver a welcoming, organized experience for visitors, donors, and staff. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling calls and emails, coordinating donation pickups, preparing donor receipts and mailings, supporting donor outreach, coordinating tours, managing mail and deliveries, assisting with administrative tasks for leadership, and supervising front desk staff and volunteers. The role requires proficiency with PC/MAC, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), strong written and verbal communication, customer service focus, collaboration, and ability to support multiple projects within tight deadlines. Travel to multiple locations is expected (25%). The position emphasizes creating a professional image of the organization and maintaining organized front-office operations, with duties spanning donor engagement, administrative support, office operations, signage and material preparation, and staff supervision.
