Front Desk & Kids Club Attendant at Fircrest Golf Club responsible for checking members into the fitness center and processing related charges via the POS system, maintaining and cleaning equipment and facilities, assisting with class registrations and bookings for massages or personal training, teaching members proper use of fitness equipment, answering general club and event questions, and supervising children in Kids Club with parent contact as needed. The role includes cleaning the activity room, assisting with member inquiries, and performing other duties as assigned by management. Strong customer service, communication, multitasking, and the ability to remain patient and understanding with children are essential, along with the ability to respond to emergency situations in the absence of a manager on duty.
