Job Summary
Welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and manage reservations while answering calls and emails. Process payments, provide local area information, and escalate guest concerns to management. Maintain an organized front desk and clean cottages, bathrooms, and common areas by sweeping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Change linens, make beds, restock supplies, and inspect rooms after cleaning. Assist with laundry and report damaged items to management. This hands-on dual-role position requires standing, bending, and lifting supplies throughout a fast-paced hospitality shift. We are a hospitality-focused RV resort in Oregon wine country dedicated to providing memorable stays.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to help teammates and take on different responsibilities throughout the day
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Able to communicate professionally in person, by phone, email, and text
- Able to follow established procedures and resort policies
- Positive, flexible, and solution-oriented
- Previous hospitality, hotel, RV resort, campground, front desk, customer service, or housekeeping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Lift and carry housekeeping supplies, linens, and other items
- Move between cottages, resort buildings, and outdoor areas throughout the shift
- Perform housekeeping duties safely and efficiently
