Job Summary
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and take messages for staff while speaking with customers about desired services and providing pricing information. Generate quotes, calculate wait times, and assist with general cleaning duties to maintain a positive retail environment. Upsell treatments or products when possible. This customer service role keeps the shop running smoothly. Weekend and evening availability are required, with a flexible schedule including nights. Competitive pay is $18.85/hour.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Fantastic collaboration skills with an ability to communicate over the phone and in person
- Commitment to helping others and working with a team
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
