Job Summary
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and take messages for staff while speaking with customers about desired services and providing pricing information. Generate quotes, figure out wait times, and assist with general cleaning duties to maintain a positive retail environment. Upsell treatments or products when possible. This customer service role keeps the shop running smoothly. Weekend and evening availability are of high value.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
