Job Summary
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage wait times while answering customer questions and taking messages. Speak with clients regarding desired services, provide pricing information, and generate quotes. Upsell treatments or products when possible. Assist with general cleaning duties to maintain a positive, seamless retail environment. Work weekends and evenings as needed to support client availability.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Fantastic collaboration skills with an ability to communicate over the phone and in person
- Commitment to helping others and working with a team
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Weekends and evening availability
