Front Desk / Host at Dave & Buster’s responsible for delivering a welcoming guest experience, coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone communications. Duties include greeting guests, guiding them through retail, game rentals, and dining experiences; managing wait times and seating to ensure fair table turnover; processing transactions and to-go orders; maintaining stock of menus, silverware, gift cards, and other supplies; conducting inventory as needed; collaborating with team members to maintain a positive, efficient environment; and communicating guest issues upward. Must be able to read and communicate in English, be friendly and able to smile frequently, and be at least 16 years old. Flexible scheduling including days, nights, and weekends. Salary range: $7.25–$13.25 per hour (annualized to $15,080–$27,560) with standard benefits and a supportive team culture.
