Job Summary
Front Desk / Host at Dave & Buster's responsible for creating a positive first impression and welcoming Guests as they enter, guiding Guests through retail, game rental, and dining experiences, and supporting overall guest satisfaction. Duties include greeting Guests, coordinating game rentals and merchandise sales, handling telephones, ensuring front desk and host areas are stocked and clean, maintaining menus, assisting with inventory, and communicating with Managers about any issues. The role emphasizes friendly interaction, effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage wait times and guest needs with a smile. Requirements include English literacy and being at least 16 years old; flexible schedules and a friendly, energetic demeanor are valued. Salary range is $17.13-$21.50 per hour, with part-time scheduling.
