Job Summary
Greet guests upon entering, coordinate game rentals and merchandise sales, and manage front desk transactions including bill calculations and "To Go" orders. Direct guest flow from the doors, monitor wait times, and buss tables to drive table turn timing. Prepare the station by stocking menus and supplies, ensuring cleanliness, and conducting merchandise inventory. Maintain a cooperative climate with team members, notify the manager of unhappy guests or unusual matters, and reconcile monies from banks. Work days, nights, and weekends in a fast-paced environment, standing or walking 100% of the shift while lifting up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be friendly and able to smile frequently
- Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English
- Must be able to articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to Guests
- Must be skilled at calmly responding to dis‐satisfied Guests and calling issues to Manager's attention
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend, and stoop frequently
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred, but not required
